Weitech devices are marketed exclusively in Europe and in a number of North African countries. They are only manufactured with European plugs and a 240 V power supply is essential. For this reason, Weitech devices are not marketed in the USA.

Choosing a device:
The WK0055, the WK0052 or the WK0053 are devices designed to keep cats away from your garden.
The WK0300 and the WK0600 are the only effective devices against rats.
They are more effective when used at an audible position and at high volume.
It takes more than 15 days before significant effects can be observed.
- The WK0600 will be effective for repelling a beech marten that has settled in the attic of a house.
- The WK0052 or WK0055 are also effective if placed somewhere along the beech marten’s track. However, they will be less effective as they only operate when the beech marten passes in front of the device.
- To keep away a beech marten damaging the cables of a vehicle, you can use the WK0052, WK0055 or the WK0100. The latter can even be placed directly under the car bonnet.
Bear in mind that a beech marten that has young offspring will not leave the place where it has settled until the offspring are able to leave with her.
- The WK0020 can be effective in keeping pigeons away from your terrace or your window sill.
- For a major infestation away from living areas, we would rather recommend the Bird Gard Pro. However, please be considerate to your neighbours: this device is very noisy.
- You can also keep pigeons out of warehouses and hangars with the Bird Lazzzer. This device can only be used indoors and is more effective in dimly-lit or unlit locations.
Technical questions:
The only advice we can give you is to use new, good-quality batteries. Most problems are resolved when you replace the batteries with good-quality batteries.
Most Weitech devices have an operating indicator light. If it is on, this is a good sign that it is working.
To find out whether the device is emitting ultrasonic signals, there is a testing device which converts inaudible ultrasonic signals into sounds that a human can hear. This device is provided free of charge to most of our dealers. They only need to ask for it.

All Weitech electronic devices have the 2-year legal European warranty.
The 2-year legal warranty is valid for all material goods (e.g. vehicle, television, smartphone, etc.) that you buy as a private individual (i.e. not as part of your professional activities) from a commercial outlet.
Contact your dealer to invoke the warranty. The product can only be serviced or repaired under warranty if you present valid proof of purchase.
